Packaging

Sioen Spinning supplies bobbins with following standard dimensions: internal diameter of 110 mm, height of 300 mm and bobbin weights of 14kg. These dimensions allow you to optimize your process with a minimum change-over time. Bobbins can be packed on film wrapped pallets with different layers or can be packed in cardboard boxes. The number of bobbin-layers per pallet can be chosen in order to optimize your transport conditions. Other bobbin weights can be ordered on request (between 5-15kg).

We care about recycling and therefore all pallets and cardboard interlayers can be returned.  

Labels on each individual bobbin and on each pallet guarantees a good traceability of our products:

- per bobbin (inside the tube): article reference, weight, production date and spinning position

- per pallet: article description, article code, quality grade, merge, color tube, weight tube, pallet number, net and gross weight in kg  

  

Please ask for the specific packaging conditions of the purchased goods. Alternative packaging can be done on request.
